The service "Help to Claim" covers Wales and England. Some services only apply to certain counties/regions. Please contact us for more information.

Funded by the Department of Work and Pensions, this service helps people from across the UK who are making a new Universal Credit claim. Our team looks at a person’s individual circumstances to work out how much Universal Credit they may be entitled to. They will help with the online application and provide help and information until they receive their first payment.
