Our Impact Across Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent

Between July and September 2025, our teams supported over 3,400 people across Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent — helping to resolve nearly 15,000 problems, increase incomes by more than £2.5 million, and write off £598,000 of debt.

From benefits appeals to managing debt and supporting families through the cost of living crisis, our impact is real — and growing.

We helped Imogen, 60, from Caerphilly, who lost her PIP after a reassessment. We supported her through the appeals process and a tribunal which was successful.
And we supported Mark, 61, from Blaenau Gwent, who had his PIP claim rejected. With our help, he appealed successfully.
