Four of the sessions listed below are for advice on money issues only

To get the most out of your money advice, we recommend that you bring the following documents with you, if you can.

  • The most recent letters or emails from the people you owe money to
  • Recent bank statements or payslips (three months if possible)
  • A completed budget of the money you receive and the money you spend. MoneyHelper have a simple online budget you can use, or we can provide you with paper copies of budgets if that’s easier – just let us know (OPTIONAL)
  • Proof of identity, if you have some. Something like a driving licence, passport, bus pass, or blue badge. If you haven’t got any photo ID, don’t worry, an adviser will be able to help confirm your identity in a different way
