Citizens Advice is offering a free Virtual Debt Drop-in Service for residents of Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent.
If you’re struggling with debt and need confidential advice, this service is available every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
The virtual drop-in provides an easy way to access expert debt advice without leaving your home. To access the service, simply click here or scan the QR code which can be found above and on our leaflets, posters and social media, to enter the virtual waiting room and wait to speak with a trained adviser.
The service is first come, first served, so we encourage you to join early.
What to Bring:
To help us offer the best advice, please have the following ready during your session:
- Creditor letters
- Bank statements (last 3 months)
- Income & expenditure details
- Proof of identity
The service is free and designed to guide you through your options, from managing repayments to exploring potential solutions for your debt. Whether you need help with budgeting, negotiating with creditors, or understanding your financial rights, our advisers are here to support you.
