Schools Family Advice South Wales

Funded by the The Moondance Foundation our Schools Family Advice service provides help and support to those who have school-aged children.

How we can help

We can provide information and advice on lots of things, such as help with completing child DLA forms, benefits appeals, accessing food and fuel vouchers (if appropriate) and maximising your income.

Our team offers help with unexpected life events, like separation and divorce, issues with housing and landlords, problems at work, debts and much more.

Support is free, totally confidential and focuses on you. We don’t share information with the schools and other agencies unless you say we can.

You can find out more about the kinds of things we can help with by reading our leaflet below.

If you or your family need help to find your way forward, speak to one of our advisers.

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, choose the one that feels easiest — and we’ll take it from there.

Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm
