Citizens Advice Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent is increasing our community presence with the launch of three new drop-in advice sessions.

We are making it even easier for residents to access free, confidential support locally.

The new sessions will be available at:

  • Mondays – Risca Library (9:30am–12:30pm)
  • Tuesdays – Caerphilly Library (9:30am–12:30pm)
  • Fridays – Rhymney Library (9:30am–12:30pm)

The new locations build on our existing outreach work across Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent and aim to make accessing advice more convenient for local communities.

Residents can attend without an appointment to receive support on a wide range of issues, including benefits, debt and money, housing, employment, family matters and more.

Advisers are available to provide practical guidance, help people understand their rights, and explore the options available to them.

The service is free, independent and open to anyone who needs support. No appointment is required — residents can simply drop in during the advertised times.
