The service "Witness Service" covers Caerphilly. Some services only apply to certain counties. Please contact us for more information.

Delivered in partnership with our National Citizens Advice colleagues. The Witness Service provides free and independent support for both prosecution and defence witnesses in every criminal court in England and Wales.
Advisers offer practical information about the court process and can give emotional support to help witnesses feel more confident when giving evidence. We help people to understand the court process, prepare them for being a witness, and work with other agencies to make sure they are getting the right support available. They can help them with expenses and are there for them to talk to in confidence.
This is an online referral service.
