What to look out for when buying a Halloween costume
My kids are so excited about dressing up for Halloween this year, but I’ve been hearing about awful accidents involving costumes catching fire. Between uniforms, PE kit and knowing they’ll need to catch the bus each day the costs are adding up. I’m already pretty stretched, so I’m not sure how to cover these extra outgoings. Is there any help I can get?
