Did you know that the energy price cap changed on 1st July?
The average annual household energy bill is now £1,568 if paid by direct debit. This sets the maximum amount your energy supplier can charge you per kilowatt of energy, but it doesn’t set a limit on how much your bill will be – this is still determined by how much energy you use. This is not a cap. Your bill could be higher or lower depending on how much energy you use.
